WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BUY?

After you have paid for your chosen FCD Spirit Box from the FCD Ghost Boxes website shop, your order will be automatically processed and you will receive an email receipt for your purchase. All the details of the item/s you have bought will be listed on the order acknowledgement receipt in this email, with the corresponding prices you have paid including shipping costs and an order number.

You will also receive a massive thank you from me, Nigel Mortimer. I will then take your order and it's details and start to build your chosen spirit box. This can take up to 10 days, but usually around 7 days from start to finish. You might think this is a while, but please remember, yours is not the only spirit box order that I am building. In any given week, I can have up to 20 different orders to complete! Even so, I really do appreciate your patience and understanding and I will get your build completed in the fastest time possible without comprimise to the quality of the build.
Once the spirit box is completed and any personalisation has been added if you have chosen that, the unit will be tested up to three seperate times on the workbench to make sure that it is operating correctly and that there are no electronic based errors. Then, I set up the initial Tune process and calibrate the spirit box to get the best possible results.

Then its time to pack the device up ready for shipping to you. I first place the spirit box (including a signed guarantee and link information slip of paper) into a waterproof sealed clear bag, and then this is wrapped around with plenty of bubble wrap, before being placed in a sturdy postal box. I place your postage labels on the box and add 'fragile' stickers. The box is taped up with very strong parcel tape.
You will now, receive a second email with the notification that your spirit box has been completed and is being shipped to you. This will include the postal service tracking number.
Once the postal box with your purchase in it has been taken to the post office (in the UK), a receipt is held with the same tracking information on it. Your FCD Spirit Box is now on its way to you and can be tracked by yourself each step of the way.
