We post out from the UK with Royal Mail Services. Your parcel will be securely handled and tracked along its journey to you. We take care of the customs details , so that this is a smooth as possible transition from our workshop to your place of delivery.
Buyers outside of the UK may need to pay customs fees or duties, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by several days. We want buyers to know that any customs delays are not our fault. There may be a case where overseas customs in your country will attempt to contact you to confirm delivery and the item inside the parcel. Please state it is a 'FM Radio Receiver Spirit Box for home use' as customs probably will not know what a 'ghost box' or 'spirit box' is? If you are not in for any delivery from FCD Ghost Boxes, please contact the delivery courier who will leave a note to say they attempted delivery. The courier will attempt delivery the next day or at a suitable time for you to be there. If you do not contact the courier on a failed delivery, the parcel with your ghost box will be returned to FCD Ghost Boxes in the UK after, usually 30 days - plenty of time to pick up your parcel. You will have to pay extra postage to have the item shipped to you again if it is returned to the UK.
